Experience & education


Launch is a technology consulting firm working across healthcare, commerce, high tech, government, and energy. Clients include Microsoft, Google, Disney, VSP, Carnival Cruises, and Bowlero. 

I've primarily engaged with Bowlero and Carnival Cruises while at Launch. For Bowlero (the largest bowling center operator in the world), I've lead product design to build a SaaS tool from the ground up. That's meant prototyping, testing, and implementing a product focused on consistently managing revenue, cash flow, and labor across 300+ nationwide locations. As of July 2021, Bowlero is spinning off a startup “Quantitative Management Solutions” expressly to sell and scale this tool across other multi-location businesses. Accomplishments include:

  • Producing interactive designs and data visualizations simplifying terabytes of data into a cohesive set of screens, dashboards, and reports. 
  • Delivering initial product discovery and concept work that expanded the account’s statement of work by over $400,000.
  • Designing for scale beyond Bowlero – with a long-term goal of selling the tool B2B, targeting multi-location businesses managing spaces and people. 
  • Conducting detailed research and task analysis, extracting workflows from existing spreadsheets and tooling – and simultaneously uncovering implicit needs.
  • Mentoring & directing the work of junior designers.

Principal is a 140+ year old, Fortune 250 financial firm. With over 14,000 employees, I worked with a wide range of people, skill sets, and backgrounds on projects for individual consumers, advisors, and small/medium businesses. UX design intern @ Visual Logic Group

Visual Logic is a boutique UX and Human Centered Design agency. While interning there, I helped with client work, learned the fundamentals of good experience design and research practices, and completed a project to produce research and strategies for a local dental chain to improve their customer experience.


B.A. in Interactive Digital Studies @ University of Northern Iowa

I completed an undergraduate thesis examining online subcultures and content creation. I'm proud to have earned a presidential scholarship, academic honors, and graduated cum laude.
